Community
DNA Diagnostics Center (DDC) recognizes the importance
of community involvement as a fundamental part of being a successful
enterprise. DDC encourages and supports employees’ community
initiatives, particularly in the area of civic service, health,
and medical research. DDC also has partnered with a national non-profit
organization to reunite adoptees and their biological relatives.
As a business leader, DDC actively participates in the local business
community.
Employee Initiatives
DDC employees are driven and socially responsible citizens. The
same team spirit that they apply to providing great service also
works through them in these causes:
- Walk to Cure Diabetes,
Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation
- Multiple Sclerosis Walk,
Miami University Hamilton Campus
- Hike for Hospice,
supporting the Hamilton Hospice Center
- Hoxworth Blood Drive,
University of Cincinnati Medical Center
- Breast Cancer Awareness Day,
Breast Cancer Research Foundation
Touched by Adoption
DDC has partnered with the non-profit organization, Touched by Adoption,
to reunite adopted children and their biological families. Participants
can register with Touched by Adoption, which oversees the sample
collection and arranges for DNA testing of the samples by DDC.
Local Business Community
DDC is an active member of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce. Recently,
DDC was recognized as a “Notable Neighbor”, and company
officials were invited to speak to local businesses and share how
we reached success in the industry.
DDC is also featured in local publications as a business
